Advised DFID on the development of a common framework for its advisors to use when evaluating the potential for new interventions in the energy sector. The approach is designed to consider the interaction of energy sector issues right across the value chain, to improve the coherence across DFID’s energy sector initiatives. Kuungana was engaged to expand the WSA to cover areas of interest to other parts of UK government in deploying ODA in the energy sector.
