Kuungana prepared a report for DFID on the state of electricity trading in the Southern Africa region, to inform future programming. The report covered relevant policy and regulation, the physical infrastructure (i.e. interconnection) in place, and commercial barriers such as the creditworthiness of utilities in the region.
