Kuungana led a multi-disciplinary team to complete a comprehensive review of Ethiopia's transition to electric mobility. The analysis was used to inform recommendations on the areas where FCDO would be best placed to provide support to the Government of Ethiopia in meeting its ambitious targets to increase the deployment of electric vehicles in the country.
