Kuungana developed the analytical framework for a flagship study being developed by the World Bank to assess the interaction between fiscal risks and the financial performance of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in the energy and transport sectors. The global study evaluates country-level fiscal data as well as the financial statements of the SOEs included in the study sample. Provided guidance to a team of individual consultants engaged by the World Bank to perform data collection for the study.
