In the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, Kuungana led analysis of the impact of the disruption caused by the pandemic on a sample of utilities across Sub-Saharan Africa. The analysis leveraged a comprehensive database of utility performance across the continent that was developed by Kuungana as part of another World Bank funded assignment.
