Kuungana led regulatory and commercial workstreams providing advice to the Government for the privatisation of an electricity distribution utility in West Africa. This included advising on the regulatory framework in place for monitoring the privatised entity, modelling and advising on tariffs, and performing due diligence on key transaction agreements.
