Following completion of UPBEAT, a study of utility performance across Sub-Saharan Africa, Kuungana worked with the World Bank to develop an expanded database covering utility performance globally. This included refining and adjusting the framework to accommodate other World Bank regions and performing quality assurance of data collected to measure utility performance.
