Summary
Kuungana advised a large corporate during their procurement of a renewable energy solution to meet loads across Egypt. In addition to advising on the structure of the tender process, this work included analysing regulatory gaps that would need to be addressed ahead of closing the proposed transactions and designing the evaluation framework for the tender.
